Digital Products (PDFs, Notes, MCQ Sets, Video Tutorials)
All digital purchases made on ICT Mastermind (e.g., downloadable PDFs, exam solutions, e-books, and video tutorials) are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Reason: Digital content is considered “used” once delivered or accessed, and therefore, we cannot offer refunds in most cases.
Refunds will NOT be issued if:

You changed your mind after purchase.

You mistakenly purchased a product.

You failed to download or access the product due to internet or device issues on your end.

You expected features that were not explicitly promised.
Course or Subscription-Based Services
If you enroll in a paid course, live class, or subscription package, you may request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase only if:

You have not accessed more than 10% of the course material.

You clearly explain the reason for your dissatisfaction.
After 3 days or once you’ve accessed a significant portion of the course content, no refund requests will be accepted.
Note: All refund requests are reviewed manually and may take up to 7 business days for processing.
Duplicate Payment
In the event of accidental double payments, we will issue a 100% refund of the extra amount, no questions asked. Please email us with proof of payment, and we will verify and process it as quickly as possible.
Technical Issues
If you face any technical issues (e.g., download not working, video not loading), please contact our support team first. We will try our best to resolve the issue promptly.
If we fail to deliver the product or service as promised, and our support team cannot resolve your issue within 3 business days, a full refund will be issued.
Third-Party Payment Gateways
All transactions are securely processed through Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, or online bank transfer. We do not store your payment credentials.
Any payment gateway issues (e.g., failed transactions, delays) must be resolved with the respective provider. However, we will assist you with any documentation or communication support you may need.
